SEPPS represented Casa Dorinda in its successful request for a revised Conditional Use Permit. The approval entitled Casa Dorinda for new construction totaling over 130,000 square feet including an expansion of the Personal Care and Memory Care facilities, new independent living apartments and cottages, and a new dining grill. Construction commenced on the Casa Dorinda improvements in 2017 and expects to finish in late 2021. The approval demonstrated the success of significant outreach and engagement with neighboring property owners and other members of the public.
SEPPS has also provided consulting services on other retirement facilities including Samarkand and Valle Verde.
