Rincon Palms Hotel / Hilton Garden Inn

Located on a City of Goleta “gateway” property at the southeast corner of Storke Road and Hollister Avenue, SEPPS represented and helped gain unanimous City Council approval of the Rincon Palms Hotel in November 2013.

The project involved construction of a new 138-room three-story hotel with rooftop deck and restaurant, and opened its doors in 2017.
